Who will be cleaning my home?
Fresh Start Cleaning is very careful to select, vet, and train every one of our pros. You’re getting only the best housekeeping professionals around, employed, bonded and insured by Frest Start Cleaning.
What should I do before Fresh Start arrives?
No need to vacuum before we arrive—that’s our job! To help us clean efficiently, please pick up any toys, clothing, or trash beforehand. Also, make sure your pets are comfortably settled so we don’t disturb them.
Do I need to be home for you to come clean my house?
No, our Fresh Start Cleaning team works a standard weekday schedule, and many of our clients aren’t home when we arrive. In these cases, we’re usually given a spare key or a door or garage code to let ourselves in and secure the space once we’re done.
How long does cleaning using take?
This varies from house to house. Typical times with a team of 2 cleaners are 1.5 – 3.5 hours depending on the size of the home.
What should I do about my pets during cleaning?
We are a pet friendly company! Our cleaners enjoy meeting your pets! When you complete our “get a quote form” we ask you about your pets and if there are any special instructions regarding them. Most clients choose to leave them in a kennel, or a room that we do not clean if they’re not going to be home. Our cleaning products are safe for all types of families and their pets.
What is appropriate client etiquette?
